These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SalukiCraft Bot (the "Bot"), a Discord application that operates within the SalukiCraft Discord server and interfaces with the SalukiCraft Minecraft server ("Game Server"). By using the Bot — including inviting it, running its commands, or linking a Minecraft account through it — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
SalukiCraft Bot provides features connecting your Discord account with the Game Server, which may include: account/whitelist linking, in-game or Discord status lookups, moderation and verification tools, chat relaying between Discord and the Game Server, and other utility commands. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Minecraft's / Mojang's End User License Agreement to use the Bot. You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service to maintain a Discord account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Some features require linking your Discord account to a Minecraft account (e.g. for whitelisting or role syncing). You are responsible for only linking accounts you own or are authorized to use. Impersonating another player's account or attempting to link an account that isn't yours is prohibited and may result in removal from the whitelist and/or a ban from the Discord server and Game Server.
When using the Bot, you agree not to:
Violating these Terms, the Discord server rules, or the Game Server rules may result in restricted access to Bot features, removal from the whitelist, mutes, kicks, or bans from the Discord server and/or Game Server, at the discretion of SalukiCraft staff. We are not obligated to provide notice before taking enforcement action.
The Bot and Game Server are provided on a best-effort, "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and features may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, hosting issues, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for lost progress, items, ranks, or data resulting from downtime, bugs, or Game Server resets.
The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalukiCraft and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot or Game Server.
The Bot relies on third-party platforms, including Discord and Mojang/Microsoft (Minecraft authentication). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing linked accounts, leaving the Discord server, or ceasing to run its commands. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
